At the Dublin Mind Body Experience, Rachel Brennan offers one-to-one healing sessions that invite you into a deeper conversation with this inner intelligence. These sessions are grounded in presence, nervous system awareness, and a deep respect for the body’s own rhythm and timing.
Rachel is trained in Spinal Flow®, Spinal Energetics™, and advanced energy-based healing approaches. Each session is held within the scope of these trainings, allowing the work to unfold gently and appropriately, guided by what your body is ready to express and release.
The spine sits at the heart of this work, a bridge between body, energy, and lived experience. Through subtle, attuned touch and energetic presence, the nervous system is invited into a sense of safety. From here, the body can begin to soften, reorganise, and return toward balance.
Some sessions are deeply still, like standing at the edge of a quiet lake. Others bring gentle movement, emotional release, or moments of clarity that seem to arrive without effort. What unfolds is never forced and never rushed; it is shaped by the body’s own innate wisdom.
