We Come to You

Bringing wellbeing into the heart of your community

We know that getting to a wellbeing appointment is not always straightforward. Distance, work, family commitments, transport and the pace of everyday life can all make it difficult to find the time to travel somewhere for yourself. That is one of the reasons we have created a way to bring the experience closer to home. If you can bring together a group of around 10–15 people or more, Love & Light Ireland can travel to your area and provide sessions for your group.

The idea is simple. You bring the people together and we work with you to make the rest happen. It might be a community group, workplace, sports club, local organisation, group of friends or family, or simply a collection of people who would like to spend some time focusing on their own wellbeing. We work with the person organising the group as the main point of contact, talking through what you have in mind and helping to shape an experience that works for the people attending.

If you already have somewhere suitable, we can work with the space you have. If finding a venue is the part that is holding you back, we can look at options in your area and help you work out what would be suitable. You do not need to have a finished plan before getting in touch. A conversation about where you are, how many people you have and what you would like to offer them is enough to get things moving.

Making Wellbeing More Accessible

We believe there is real value in bringing wellbeing into the places where people already live, work and connect. Not everyone feels comfortable travelling to an unfamiliar setting on their own, and not everyone has the time or opportunity to make a long journey for an appointment. When the experience comes into a familiar community, people can arrive with friends, colleagues or people they know, making that first step feel much more natural.

It is also about creating an opportunity for people to learn something about themselves. Rather than telling people what they should be doing, our approach encourages greater awareness of the body, the nervous system and the signals we can so easily overlook when life gets busy. The aim is to give people something they can take away with them, whether that is a new understanding of their body, a different way of approaching stress and tension, or simply the experience of taking time to pause and listen to themselves.

Rachel's Approach

Rachel Brennan is an intuitive healer who works across a number of modalities, using them as tools to support the person in front of her rather than approaching every individual in exactly the same way. Her work is rooted in the idea that we all have an innate wisdom within us, and that creating the right conditions can help us reconnect with that awareness.

A central part of Rachel's work is helping people understand the relationship between the spine, nervous system and the body's ability to respond and adapt. She has a natural ability to explain this in straightforward language, making an often complex subject easier to understand. The spine is not simply the structure that holds us upright; it is an integral part of the communication between the body and nervous system and plays an important role in how we experience and respond to the world around us.

Through approaches including Spinal Flow, Spinal Energetics and her own healing modalities, Rachel uses different tools according to what is appropriate for the individual and the group. The focus is not on forcing an outcome, but on supporting awareness, connection and a more positive relationship with your own body and wellbeing.

Creating the Right Experience for Your Group

There is no single format that works for every group, so we can shape the day around the people attending, the space available and the time you have. Depending on what you are looking for, this might include individual sessions, shared sessions for friends or family, group Spinal Flow or Spinal Energetics experiences, Reiki or complementary breath and relaxation practices.

  • Individual one-to-one sessions
  • Shared sessions for friends, couples or family members
  • Group Spinal Flow experiences
  • Group Spinal Energetics experiences
  • Reiki and complementary wellbeing sessions
  • Breath, awareness and relaxation practices
  • A combination of sessions throughout the day

For a workplace, this could become part of a wellbeing day for staff. For a community, it might be an opportunity to bring something new into the area without asking everyone to travel. For a sports or social group, it could simply be a chance to step away from the usual routine and give people some time for themselves. The important thing is that it works for your people.

You Do Not Have to Figure It All Out First

One of the biggest barriers to organising something for a group is feeling that you need to have all the answers before you make the first enquiry. You do not. If you are the person who has been thinking that your community, workplace, club or group could benefit from having something like this brought to your area, that is enough to start the conversation.

Tell us where you are based, roughly how many people you have and what you have in mind. We can talk through the practicalities, the different session options and whether we can make it work for your group. From there, we can look at the space, timings and arrangements together.

It Starts With One Person

Every group needs someone to take the first step. It might be the person who organises activities in the community, someone responsible for workplace wellbeing, a club committee member, or simply a friend who thinks, "I would love to bring this to our group."

If that is you, get in touch. You do not need a venue booked and you do not need to know exactly which sessions you want. We can have a conversation, understand what you are trying to create and see what is possible.

We are committed to making wellbeing more accessible and bringing our work into the heart of the community. If you can bring the people together, we can come to you.
