Official Terms and Conditions covering bookings, payments, cancellations, confidentiality, liability, and intellectual property for all Love and Light Ireland services.
1.1 Initial Deposit: To confirm your participation in any healing modality offered by Rachel Brennan, including Shamanic Healing, Reiki, Spinal Flow, Spinal Energetics, and Rainbow Blessing, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The full payment must be made 7 days prior to the event or course commencement. Failure to meet this payment deadline will result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
1.2 Payment Methods: Please contact Rachel Brennan directly for information regarding accepted payment methods.
2.1 Payment Breakdown:
A non-refundable deposit of 33% is required to secure your booking.
An additional 33% is due on the day of the event or service.
The remaining 34% is due within 30 days post-event.

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is as follows:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel appointments for one-to-one healing sessions offered by Rachel Brennan. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged at 50% of the full session rate.
5.1 Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late for their scheduled session may have their treatment time shortened. The full session fee remains due.
5.2 No-Shows: Failure to attend a session without prior notice results in the forfeiture of the session fee.
6.1 Medical Information: Clients must disclose any existing medical conditions, injuries, or mental health concerns before the session. This ensures the safety and suitability of the treatment. If necessary, a medical referral may be required. The healing modalities offered by Rachel Brennan are complementary and not a substitute for professional medical care. The practitioner may reschedule or modify treatments based on disclosed conditions.
6.2 Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and medical information shared by the client. This information will only be used for the purpose of providing appropriate care and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
7.1 Client Data: All client data is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not share your personal details with third parties without your express consent, except as required by law.
7.2 Session Privacy: Any information or discussion during the treatment sessions remains confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone without prior client consent.
8.1 Limitations of Liability: The healing modalities offered by Rachel Brennan are considered complementary therapies. We do not offer medical diagnoses or treatments for medical conditions. For any medical concerns, clients should consult their healthcare provider.
8.2 Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love and Light Ireland from any claims arising from the use of our services.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
All materials and content provided during sessions, courses, and workshops, including written and video materials, remain the property of Love and Light Ireland. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of materials is prohibited.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
