Real and Positive

My first visit to Rachel to experience Spinal Flow was very positive. Rachel was very welcoming, and I felt very comfortable in her presence. She first did an assessment and described to me some of the symptoms I had felt. Her treatment was very relaxing, gentle and non-invasive. Coming back to myself

I started Spinal Flow with Rachel over 3 weeks ago, and it’s been a struggle to put into words how life-changing it’s been for me. I turned 21 a few days after having my first session, and I was already feeling the benefits of Spinal Flow. What a difference a day makes!

My 4-year-old daughter and I had our first Spinal Flow session with Rachel today. I already feel a difference in myself, and I can see a difference in my child!
