Kundalini Activation works by engaging the body’s natural energetic intelligence rather than directing or controlling it. The session is facilitated through intention, presence, sound, and subtle energetic cues that invite your system to awaken its own life force.

Unlike practices that rely on breathwork, movement, or mental focus, Kundalini Activation does not require effort. Kundalini Activation supports the body in releasing layers of tension that may be held physically, emotionally, or energetically. Others feel subtle shifts that continue to unfold in the days that follow. Every session is different, because every body holds its own story. Your body leads the experience, and my role is to offer steady, attentive support as that unfolds.

Before each session, we take a few moments to check in so you feel comfortable and informed. During the session, I stay attuned to your responses and adjust the pace as needed. There is no pressure to move, feel, or experience anything in a particular way.

I work with a trauma-aware approach, recognising that the body holds experiences in layers. Some sessions may feel active or expressive, while others are quiet and still. Both are completely natural, and both are welcome.
